Groups** (min. 10 people), mountaineers, pensioners, etc. get special discounts. In the ticket price is included guide that will take you to the cave, tell you about its genesis and history, history of the settlement of Perušić and the Public Institution and also answer all the questions that interest you.

Cave Samograd is the only touristic cave in the Park’s area and entrance is allowed only accompanied by the Park’s guide. It is located on the Grabovača hill, 800m away from the souvenir shop/info point of the Park, by a mildly difficult ascent, partly eased by wooden-stone steps.

The cave is located in a karst sinkhole in which you enter via concrete steps with a handrail, while in the cave itself there are hand chiselled stone steps more than a hundred years old with wooden handrails.

The temperature inside the cave averages at 8°C so long-sleeved clothes and firm footwear is advised. Visiting the cave is not possible in inappropriate footwear because of the surface on which you walk (gravel, soil, and stone).
