As part of activities to enrich the tourist offerings of the Cave Park, the Public Institution has established a new educational trail called the 'Blue Trail.' The Blue Trail is 4.5 km long and connects the Grabovača Cave Park with the Lika River. The trail is neither technically nor physically demanding, and the walk takes about an hour and a half with breaks for photography, making it ideal for a pleasant family stroll. The trail is enriched with educational panels thematically dedicated to forests, soil, and karst relief. This trail will delight all forest lovers as it passes under high canopies throughout its entire length, making it an excellent choice for summer walks as well.
With the completion of work on this trail, the Institution has added a total of 46 km of new trails to the Park's tourist offerings since the beginning of the year. The great interest and high visitation of the Park and its trails justify the investments, so work will continue on enriching the content on all trails.
