FIVE PEAKS TRAIL

The new circular trail, called the 'Five Peaks Trail,' is 30km long and connects the peaks of Grabovača (770m asl), Sklopača (777m asl), Metlača (799m asl), Risovac (860m asl), and Pećinski vrh (793m asl). From certain parts of the trail, there are panoramic views of Lake Kruščica and the Lika River, and part of the trail passes alongside the canyon of the Lika River. The start and finish of the trail are in the Cave park Grabovača, near the souvenir shop (ENTRANCE 1). There will be stamps at each of the five peaks, and you can collect a stamp booklet for free at the souvenir shop/information desk of the Grabovača Cave Park. Those who conquer all five peaks and bring the stamped booklet will be rewarded!"

MATINA TRAIL

For those who find the 30 kilometers of the 'Five Peaks Trail' challenging, there is a new trail available called 'MATINA TRAIL'. This marked trail, 10.5 kilometers long, is excellent for exploring this part of the Cave park as it connects the peaks of Debela glavica (775m asl.), Kašika (835m asl.), and Risovac (860m asl.), starting and ending in the village of Sveti Marko. From certain parts of the trail, there are panoramic views of the Perušićko Polje, the town of Gospić, and the Lika River. The trail was designed by enthusiast Mato Ćutić, a retiree and mountaineer from the village of Sveti Marko.
